Along Washington Highways
Washington Wildflowers
Wildflowers are represented from east to west in Washington. Red and white foxglove flowers grew on the roadside of US HWY 101 on the Olympic Peninsula, two left images. Lupine stalks, above, rise along WA HWY 131, east of Mt St Helens. A green bug feeds on nectar at Lake Leo on WA HWY 20, east of Colville, in the northeast corner of the state, top right.
