The "Quiet Side"
								Seawall
								Seawall, or Storm Beach, is located west of Bass Harbor on Highway 102a - not far west of Ship Harbor. Storm surges have tossed boulders and granite slabs onto the beach, creating a natural wall. Evidence of some of the smaller rocks and outcroppings are in the top left photo. I found a great variety of tidepools here as well as seaweed basins.
