You can take a bus from Hulls Cove Visitor Center which follows the Loop Road around the east part of the park; or take the bus from Village Green along part of the same route. Stop at Sand Beach and start the Ocean Trail. It runs 1.5 mi past Thunder Hole to Otter Point. Access to the water's edge along flat granite slabs are plentiful. This beautiful beach access is the main salt water beach in the park. A comparable fresh water beach is at Echo Lake.
