car, one must drive the South Klondike Highway - junction with Alcan
Highway 12 miles southeast of Whitehorse YT - 110 miles to get to
Skagway AK. The historic town of Carcross lies on this route. Top
left, a replica of Skookum Jim House; he was one of the trio who first
found gold on the famous Klondike River. It's a tourist shop now.
