Visitor Center
The modern visitor center's north wall frames a large expanse of glass which looks out on towering red cliffs, top left. Interpretive signs and volunteer journal facsimiles line the area below the window. The journal entries illustrate aspects of nature the volunteer learned while working in the park. The visitor center is located 5 miles north of Moab, Utah. Located at 4,086 feet elevation, it's the lowest point in Arches National Park.
