California Wildflowers-Bodega Bay
The south trail at Sonoma Coast State Beach's Bodega Head is splendid with flowers in June. Coastal fog produced a soft light, great for flower photography. Knowing little about botanical identification , I capture the images, then try to identify them later. The yellow group, left, is a stand of bush lupine. The unique appearing red and yellow plants, top right are a species of dudleya. The bluffs are carpeted with a variety flowers in June.
