Chester California Wildfowers
	These specimen are the central characters in the "Saga of the Pea Patch." Each will fight for dominance in a small battle field near my front porch. The struggle took place during the spring, summer, and early fall 2022. Columbine, top left, and perennial pea, right, gathered the most troops. Other minor players strayed in from somewhere in the neighborhood. Salsify, above.
