Clouds
reflect on Crater Lake as they build throughout this late July day,
top left. Llao Rock sits at the edge of the lake, while Mount Thielsen
appears as a triangle to the north. White pine branches frame Llao
Rock, above. A bee enjoys a nectar brunch on a fireweed flower, left.
The white, puffy blossom, top right, may be American Bistwort. It's
the only flower on my park service flower chart that looks anything
