Teton Park Road
Mount Moran Turnout
Teton Park Road is one of the great drives through
an American national park. Unlike the slim spire of Grand Teton,
Mount Moran's massive head spreads wide on the horizon. It wears
a cap of valley sandstone on its head and a dagger of dark brown
rock points down its face, left. You can isolate each peak on film
or take in a major part of the mountain wall as you drive the road.
View the mountains at different times of the day for a light changing
perspective. The color photos are scanned 6x7cm (medium format)
slides. The black and white image is a scanned print from a 35mm
negative.
