Here
are three abstract images from my rambling through Lassen National
Park East. Top right, while climbing Cinder Cone I looked up at this
view. It reminded me of a simple design subject a Japanese photographer
had created. The other two are patches of bare wood under a charred
tree trunk. The prism effect, above, came by accident when I tried
to capture the abstract design late in the day. The next page starts
the Caribou Wilderness, east of the park. I think of it as part of
the Park. |
