Lassen Views
							Driving HWY 89, Lassen Park Road, before arriving at Bumpass Hell, you get great views of Vulcan's Castle. Lassen Peak dominates the landscape. That's not Lassen Volcano erupting, above, it's only a cloud. Lake Helen, top left, is just beyond the Bumpass Hell trailhead. You can hike down to it from the trail; or you can drive to it, park and take in the magnificent scenery.
