P: Riverside Walk
The north end of Zion Canyon Scenic Drive stops
at Riverside Walk. This allows a casual stroll beside the North Fork
of the Virgin River. These photos were shot across the river revealing
spring foliage and the canyon wall. The river was in dark shadow at
this time contrasting with its surroundings making for impossible
photography. Much more time is needed here to do photographic justice
to all of the beauty. From here one can wade up The Narrows of the
river for more impressive scenery - a plan for the next visit. |
