Guadalupe Peak Trail
									Views from Guadalupe Peak: Clockwise from left: southwest with El Capitan; east to 8368ft Hunter peak, with the Tejas Trail climbing toward The Bowl; a longer view east to Hunter Peak; northwest to 8615ft Shumard Peak and the Chihuahuan Desert. Standing on this peak, and gazing toward the horizon, gives you a good understanding of sky islands.
