kitchen sink, center, and the bathroom fixtures may look like antiques
to younger generations, but those of us over 60 would be familiar
with them. The compact fluorescent bulb in the bathroom, top right,
is a modern "green" addition. A bighorn sheep skull decorates
the top of the bookshelf beside the kitchen door, left. It's a 4.8
round trip trek to the Pratt Cabin - and worth the hike. Check with
the Pine Springs Visitor Center for the Pratt Cabin ranger schedule
to be sure the cabin will be open. |
