Cascade Canyon South Arm

Moving back down the north arm, and hiking to the top of the south arm of Cascade Canyon, brought me to another campsite with a grand view, top left. The view from inside my tent, left, was just as impressive. Across the canyon, twin falls feed the south branch of Cascade Creek. The lighter peaks, top left are the west faces of Mount Owen (l) and Grand Teton (r). this site will be my base camp for exploring Hurricane Pass, Schoolroom Glacier and Alaska Basin.
