Newhalem
					In 2009 I returned to Newhalem to add images to this site. I used a Pentax K10D digital SLR camera to get shots of the town's Main Street. I wanted the street clear so it would be similar to the sign. Actually, the Newhalem sign is sharper on the previous page - the film version! The commissary, now the Skagit General Store, top right, and on the left in the other images. The Skagit Information Center is across the street.
