Lower Elwha River
The old Elwha Dam Viewpoint Trailhead is north of US HWY 101, on WA HWY 112 (the Clallam Bay Road). Foxglove, above, and far right, and thistle blossoms put on a good show in late July. A short trail leads to a viewing platform ( see olelr4).
