	Glacier National Park						The Avalanche Lake Trail climbs toward the lake, left. Signs of a past avalanche; snapped off trees, and forest debris, top left. A barely trickling Hidden Creek descends from Hidden Lake to join Avalanche Creek, above. Late September isn't the best time to see spectacular water events. Red fall berries brighten the smoky landscape near the lake end of the trail.
