The Many Glacier Valley sits northwest of Saint Mary at just below 5000 feet in elevation. It's roughly north and a bit east of Logan Pass - nearly on the same longitude. However, it's impossible to reach Many Glacier directly from either location. The Garden Wall blocks access from Logan Pass. The single route into Many Glacier starts at Saint Mary, traveling north on US HWY 89 to Babb. Then the route takes a left on Many Glacier Road.
