Lunch break gives CWS leader, Lee Bergthold, time to scout the
route ahead, top left. Selected team members divide food items into
each member's cup, above. A daily menu is set before trips for each
meal. Lunch is usually light with dried fruit, nuts and maybe small
crackers. There may be food from previous meals that couldn't be
consumed at the time. Team members, not on meal prep duty, may dry
clothing and equipment, and admire the scenery.
